Join Pack 274

Everything a new or returning family needs to register a Scout with Pack 274 this year. Still deciding? There is a question form at the bottom of the page.

Complete the Pack 274 form and payment by October 3

The Pack 274 Google form gives us the information we need for the T-shirt and uniform order. Complete the form and make your Pack 274 payment by October 3, 2026.

Then bring the required physical forms to the October 8, 2026 pack meeting. Cannot make that meeting? Contact Pack 274 and we will arrange an in-person handoff with a committee member.

New Scout

Pack 274 prefers paper registration because the pack registers together. Online registration is also available if you would rather apply that way.

Paper application

Complete the paper Scout application. Use a copy you already have, download the paper Scout application, or ask Pack 274 for a copy.

Complete the Pack 274 Google form (opens in a new tab). We use what you enter — including uniform size — to place the T-shirt and uniform order.
Due Oct 3
Pay Pack 274. See 2026–27 Fees & Payment for the amount and payment methods.
Complete the Annual Health and Medical Record (Parts A, B1, and B2). Print the official form, fill in Parts A, B1, and B2, and keep the paper copy — Pack 274 collects it in person.
Bring by Oct 8
Hand the paper Scout application and the physical medical form to Pack 274 at the October 8, 2026 pack meeting. Cannot make that meeting? Contact Pack 274 and we will arrange an in-person handoff with a committee member.

Option 2

Online application

Complete the online Scout registration application. Pack 274 prefers paper, but online works too.

Pay Pack 274 its portion. The online application charges the national and council portion; the Pack 274 portion is paid separately and is due October 3, 2026. See 2026–27 Fees & Payment for the amounts and payment methods.

Uniforms this year

Pack 274 is transitioning to Class A uniforms this year and orders them for Scouts, using the size you give in the Pack 274 Google form — which is why that form is due October 3, 2026. New Scouts also receive a Class B T-shirt from Pack 274. The uniform amount and what it covers are on the 2026–27 Fees & Payment page.

Cub Scouting is for boys and girls in kindergarten through fifth grade, in dens grouped by grade, with parents part of the adventure too. You do not have to be ready to register to say hello.
